With the JX-08, Roland brings a classic from the 80s into the present day. When the innovative Roland JX-8P came onto the market in 1985, the instrument became the favorite of countless keyboard players. With the JX-08, the unique sound of the sought-after classic is available again, now in the Roland Boutique format. There are 32 presets from the original JX-8P and 111 new presets available. On board is a two-part polyphonic 64-step sequencer with motion recording, pattern random generator and 128 pattern storage locations. Of course, an arpeggiator is also available. The JX-08 is dual multitimbral and allows multiple patches to be played in dual and split modes. Connected to the computer via USB-C, the JX-08 also serves as an audio/ midi interface. The good piece gets power either via USB or alternatively with 4xAA batteries. A mini loudspeaker is also integrated.

Roland was founded as a manufacturer of various music materials and studio technology on April 18, 1972 in Osaka, Japan.
