The Novation Impulse 25 is a USB midi controllers keyboard with 25 keys, eight drum pads and fantastic capabilities. In addition to a very precise, semi-weighted keyboard with aftertouch , it offers eight velocity-sensitive drum pads and a fully equipped controllers finish with eight knobs, a faders and a large LCD display. Included in including is the multi-award-winning Novation Automap Control software, which enables quick access to DAWs, plug-in instruments and plug-in effects from all major music software manufacturers. Impulse 25, for example, is compatible with Cubase, Logic, ProTools, Reason/Record, Sonar and Ableton Live Lite, which is included. The latter can be used to explore the functions of the drum pads . The eight buttons are illuminated with three different colors to indicate their status as you move clips across the pad . You can also use the pad to play arpeggios or beat rolls.
