The Moog Minitaur is an analog bass synthesizer with a clear user interface and many fantastic functions. Each controls is assigned a function . There are two oscillators that can be switched to saw or square mode and a Moog ladder filter with adjustable resonance. Thankfully , Moog has equipped this little gadget with two envelope functions, one each for filter and amplifier. The LFO section includes controls for Rate, VCO Amount and VCF Amount. Furthermore, the inputs for pitch, filter, volume and gate, which are located on the back, are controlled analogously. Of course, the Moog Minitaur is ready to use with any computer or keyboard, it is USB and midi capable and has been given an audio input as a special gift from Moog . Thanks to its compact and stable type , it is ideal for the studio or for live performances on stage. In any case, it delivers the rich, growling and humming low-end sound you'd expect from Moog .
