Lowden F-25 Indian Rosewood Red Cedar: A top-class sound experience
The Lowden F-25, a true masterpiece in the western guitar catagory , is constructed entirely solid and therefore offers a sound quality that impresses even the most demanding professionals. The body in the classic Lowden F form is made of high-quality East Indian Rosewood, while the five-piece neck is made from a mix of mahogany and rosewood. The ebony fretboard completes the elegant design and at the same time ensures a pleasant feel when playing.
Excellent sound and playability
The heart of the Lowden F-25 is the sound. Using East Indian Rosewood for the bottom and sides creates a warm, full sound with excellent resonance and sustain. The bone nut and bridge inlay contribute to clear sound transmission and improve the vibration properties of the guitar. The Dolphin Profile intonation ensures perfect tuning stability and intonation, while the GL Standard Neck Profile allows for fast and comfortable playing.

The Original Series was the very first Lowden series from 1976, just as the O model is the original Lowden body design by George Lowden . At the age of 16, Northern Irishman George Lowden made his first attempts at building his own guitars. George, who began building guitars in his father's workshop and was a big fan of Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, quickly blossomed into a creative and professional guitar maker, whose guitars with their curvy body shapes are famous and renowned far beyond the borders of Northern Ireland unique sound became known.
