Then use a coin (5 euro cents) to turn the small cylinder clockwise from above. A small pin inside the shaft clamps the string. Then you can vote. The brilliant thing about this mechanics: If you loosen the cylinder again and keep turning it back, you end up in idle. This means that the cylinder can never fall off and be lost!
