Probably the best secret weapon you probably didn't know you needed! We pedal nerds in particular run the risk of ruining our sound with endless chains of pedals. The enemy is called capacity, a problem that occurs when the cable runs are too long and I recently have bad circuits and the signal costs high end and makes it sound weak and characterless. A fallacy that supports this is the assumption that true bypass is always good, because unfortunately this is not entirely true. This is where the Little Black buffer comes into play, providing your rig with just the right impedance so you end up with a clear, natural sound that sounds like you plugged yourself straight into the amp.

The story of JHS Pedals began in 2007 at the desk of Joshua Heath Scott, Josh for short, who wanted to repair his Blues Driver pedal.
