The Evans E-Ring Set Standard consists of 4 Evans E-Rings which are placed freely on the head skin head of the respective shell to control and change the sound properties of a drum shell. In terms of sound, this primarily changes the overtones that are influenced/dampened by the E-ring. The result is a rounder and fuller sound. Evans E-Ring Set Standard:
