Head of Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

What tasks do you expect from us?

First contact person (m/f/d) for all topics in the area of finance & controlling
The technical and disciplinary management of 5 employees (m/f/d)
Overall responsibility for the preparation of the monthly and annual financial statements (HGB) as well as liquidity planning and liquidity management
Ensuring and optimizing all accounting processes
Preparation of the consolidated financial statements for a total of six companies
Collaboration with banks, auditors and tax advisors
Accompanying company audits
Preparation of monthly and annual budgets, as well as forecasts and reporting

What do we expect from you?

Completed accounting training or comparable training
Experienced manager (at least 5 years) in the area of finance in a medium-sized company, preferably in retail
Very good knowledge of internal and external accounting as well as controlling (individual and consolidated financial statements)
Knowledge of German tax law and related compliance topics
Experience in mapping and optimizing commercial processes within existing or future software solutions
Strategic and conceptual skills combined with an analytical grasp and a pronounced hands-on mentality
