Heritage Guitars

Heritage Guitars is an American company that specializes in producing high quality guitars.

In 1985 , several luthiers banded together to purchase a factory in Kalamazoo , Michigan . The premises at 225 Parson Street are not just any factory building, but a legendary place of work . At the same address, the Gibson company manufactured some of the most iconic solid-body and semi-hollow electric guitars of the golden age of guitar making. Since the company was founded, Heritage Guitars has relied on hand-made instruments that combine traditional construction methods and high-quality materials at the same location and even with the same historic machines.

The Heritage lineup consists of tailor-made custom shop instruments and the Standard Collection . Here you will find solid body and arched top as well as hollow and semi-hollow body guitars, all of which benefit from the precise and passionate craftsmanship at Heritage . All Heritage guitars are made from premium woods and feature a nitro finish . The nitrocellulose finish ensures that the guitars sound airy and age beautifully over time.

High-end electronics and first-class pickup from Seymour Duncan and Lollar, for example, are responsible for the optimal output . Because of their iconic design and of course because of the historic manufacturing site, Heritage guitars are often compared to instruments from the previous workshop owner.
