Epiphone's “Inspired by Gibson” is growing and is now joined by the long-awaited models ES-335, also with a figured top, and ES-339. Olli explains everything you need to know in the video and gives some sound examples.

The ES-335 has been on the market since 1958 and is an absolute icon in the field of semi-acoustic electric guitars. Epiphone's tribute to these wonderful instruments is crafted from maple with white binding and features a solid maple center block that provides the desired warmth and resonance. The C-profile neck is made of mahogany and the fretboard is made of laurel. Two Epiphone Alnico Classic PRO humbuckers are responsible for the amplification . The ES-335 is available in Cherry and Vintage Sunburst.

The ES-335 Figured has an elegant optics thanks to the flamed maple veneer glued on the front and back and is available in Blueberry Burst and Raspberry Tea Burst.

The ES-339 is aimed at all guitarists who like the aesthetics and tonal characteristics of the ES-335 but are looking for a smaller and lighter instrument . In all other respects, from workmanship and material to the cherry finish, it is similar to its big sister ES-335.
