Product information
The Waves CLA Classic Compressors are a selection of software compressors developed by Waves together with the well-known and highly successful sound engineer Chris Lord-Alge. Grammy winner Chris Lord-Alges, who has worked with the likes of Green Day, U2, the Dave Matthews Band, Tina Turner, Rod Stewart, James Brown, Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five and many others, brings his many years of experience to the Waves CLA Classic Compressors introduced. The result is the four Waves CLA Classic Compressors and Limiters CLA-2A, CLA-3A and CLA-76 Bluey and Blacky, which were designed based on classic models. The CLA-2A, the Waves CLA Classic Compressors, is based on a mid-1960s electric-optical tube compressor for guitars, bass and vocals, the CLA-3A is modeled on a 1970s model for light harmonic distortion, while the two CLA -76 is based on 60s compressors for drums. This makes the Waves CLA Classic Compressors the ideal choice for giving digital recordings an authentic, analog sound . Waves CLA Classic Compressors:
