Tascam CD 200 · cd-player
The CD-200 is a simple, inexpensive but reliable cd-player that is particularly suitable for use in permanent installations or in PA rentals - applications in which the capabilities of more complex devices are dispensable. However, it offers features such as variable pitch/ speed with on/off switch, a headphone output with level control, a play function (via the remote control), a memory to protect against vibrations and a range of playback modes that increase comfort and avoid errors in operation help.
The CD-200 can also play mp3 and WAV files from data CDs and display text information (ID3 tags and cd-tex). The included infrared remote control makes it easy to access most of the CD player's functions and select titel directly using a numeric keypad.
The CD-200i has the same features as the CD-200, plus adds an iPod dock to play files directly from an Apple iPod. It also has iPod video and S-video outputs as well as an additional stereo line input on the front.
