Each DM-50D monitor loudspeaker produces pure, balanced bass sound using the new Class D amplifier with 96 kHz DSP. Another advance over the DM-40 is the revised design of the convex DECO diffusers. This means that high frequencies are radiated crystal clear in all directions. This ensures a wide sweet spot and an enjoyable 3D stereo sound experience, no matter where you are in the room. The new 5-inch woofer is not only perfectly matched to the tweeter and delivers a balanced sound, it also offers more power reserves for higher listening levels. The grooves on the air outlets reduce air friction, which ensures direct and powerful bass - even when the monitors are placed against a wall. The curved front edges offer maximum rigidity and minimal resonance, so that the monitor loudspeaker produce a very clean sound at any volume.
2-way sound mode - optimized for DJing and music production
No matter whether you want to use the DM-50D as a monitor for music production or DJing, thanks to the 2-way mode, the loudspeaker always sound perfect for the respective application. The desired mode is selected using a switch and the DSP automatically adjusts all settings immediately. This is quick and very easy, so you can concentrate completely on your own mix.

Thanks to the RCA, mini-jack and - newly added - jack inputs , the DM-50D offers connection to a variety of devices, whether DJ controllers, mixers, laptops or audio interface. headphones can be connected directly to the socket on the front of the DM-50D.
