Product information

The Harmonic Percolator pedal is a homage to one of the rarest and most mysterious overdrive/fuzz pedals of all time — the Harmonic Percolator. Only a handful of these pedals were built in the 1970s and it has since achieved cult status — a strange fuzz box with a unique sound. Electro Harmonix have recreated the legendary circuit and given it some modern tweaks. On the PCB there is a trim pot that lets you adjust sub-octaves and add more gain. The pedal's sound palette ranges from rich overdrive through sub-octave fuzz to crunchy "dying battery" tones.

About Electro Harmonix

Electro-Harmonix was founded in 1968 by Mike Matthews and is known for groundbreaking innovations in analogue audio signal processing, digital delay, digital sampling and polyphonic real-time processing. EHX effect pedals are used by professional and amateur guitarists, bassists, keyboard players, producers, studio engineers, DJs, vocalists and a wide variety of musicians and instrumentalists.

Since the beginnings in 1968, when founder Mike Matthews ushered in the era of overdrive with the revolutionary LPB-1 Linear Power Booster, Electro-Harmonix has been at the forefront of electric guitar sound development. With a core product line of over 150 guitar effect pedals, from fuzz through delay and modulation to synthesiser pedals, the sound of Electro-Harmonix products is so compelling that they have been imitated and copied by several other pedal makers.

In addition to effects units, Electro-Harmonix also offers high-quality tubes for guitar amplifiers, Bluetooth headphones and speakers as well as various accessories for guitars and basses.
